As a Business Development Representative- EMEA at Conceal, you can be a part of an exciting growing technology team in the cybersecurity industry. You will initiate the first outreach with potential customers with the goal of booking meetings and building the sales pipeline.  Our BDR’s play a critical role inbuilding relationships and providing input on qualified sales leads for our enterprise sales team. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for lead generation via cold calling, emailing, detail-oriented prospecting, etc. to drive sales of Conceal products
  • Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Research company and industry information, identify key players, and generate maximum interest to prepare sales team for all demos
  • Maintain high activity call volume and quality to drive business forward
  • Learn the language of target sales verticals to gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs and want
  • Build prospect lists into our key verticals and identify the right point of contacts to get our sales team in touch with
  • Focus on booking first meetings via marketing lead generation activity follow-up (webinars, events, web, etc.
  • Schedule prospective appointments and calls for our Account Executives
  • Lead first calls with key prospects in conjunction with Field Engineering
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Demonstrates ability to meet sales goals and high activity levels
  • Experience working in a technology-based organization
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce a plus)
  • Strong phone presence with great listening, presentation, and negotiation skill
  • Detail orientated
  • Solid understanding of data/analytics – and how data can be leveraged for market research
  • High energy, driven attitude
  • A proactive thinker who is eager to learn and help optimize our processes
  • Comfortable and flexible in an evolving, growing start-up work environment
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
